Order will usually ship in 7 working days (USA Order usually ship in 3 working days) . By Hong Kong Post e-express with tracking number. (If the post service is suspended , we may use other delivery company)

When the parcel arrive your country , it will handle by local post office.

For Example USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc

USA / UK / Germany / France / Spain : usually 2-4 weeks , sometime may up to 8 weeks

  1. What if the tracking said "Delivered" but you don't receive the package.

In this situation, please contact your local post office, open a case, let them check it for you.

  1. What about delivery time?

Around 3-8 weeks . But some country may take more than that. (Due to coronavirus , delivery time is hard to estimate , please understand the situation)

  1. Why delivery time become so long recently?

According Hong Kong Post Office "due to the substantial reduction in flight frequencies, outbound airmail items may be subject to considerable delays of more than two weeks in handing posted items to airlines subsequent to out completion of the handling procedures after posting."

  1. Can i change the address?

If the package is shipped , i can't change that . So , please double check the address before you place order , make sure that is not wrong.

  1. What if i find out item not in the parcel?

Please tell me within 2 days . Keep all the package materials and item for measure the weight . I will use it to compare .
